About Saysh

Who founded Saysh? Olympic Champion Allyson Felix founded Saysh after her longtime sponsor offered her a 70% pay cut after her pregnancy. Saysh exists to design products, communities and experiences that put women first.

What is FemiformityFIT? Our own last and construction system, designed around the shape of a woman's foot: a narrower heel, a wider forefoot and a higher instep.

Are Saysh shoes good for walking, standing and cross-training? Yes. Running shoes are our specialty, but they're made for everyday wear too.

Orders & Shipping

How much does shipping cost? Walk shipping is free (3–5 business days). Run is $25 (2–3 business days) and Sprint is $50 (1–2 business days). Orders placed by about 8:45 PM Arizona time (MST) on a business day ship that day. See Shipping.

Do you ship internationally? Not right now. International shipping is paused.

Can I change or cancel my order? Email help@saysh.com right away. See Order Help.

Sizing & Fit

Do Saysh shoes run true to size? The Saysh One runs small, so go up a half size. All our other styles, including the Felix Runner and the Evelyn Runner, are true to size.

What sizes do you carry? The Felix Runner and the Saysh One come in women's sizes up to 13, and the Evelyn Runner goes up to 12. We don't carry a 14 or wide widths yet.

Can I buy replacement insoles? We don't sell insoles separately at this time.

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy? You can return unworn shoes within 30 days of delivery. Start your return at saysh.happyreturns.com.

Are returns and exchanges free? Footwear returns and exchanges are free in the U.S. Returns on non-footwear items, such as hats, have an $8 fee, which comes out of your refund.

Can I return Saysh Two archive styles? No. Saysh Two archive styles are final sale.

How do returns work? Start your return at saysh.happyreturns.com, then drop the pair off at any Happy Returns Return Bar (no box or label needed) or choose mail-in.

When will I get my refund? Within 2 business days after your return is scanned. Your bank may take another 5–10 business days to post it.

My feet changed during pregnancy. Can I exchange? Yes. See our Maternity Returns Policy.

I only need one shoe. See our Amputee Policy.

Care

How do I clean my shoes? See Product Care. Air dry only: no washing machine and no dryer.
