While our Saysh line is available in limited Foot Locker locations and Athleta, we are primarily an online retailer.
We embrace your need to try them on and often encourage people on the fence to order the two closest sizes and then return for free the pair they don't prefer.
The Saysh One runs small for a more snug fit. If you've never worn them before, or are between sizes, we recommend sizing up ½ a size.
Saysh is created for the female foot - a narrower heel and standard forefoot. For extra width, we've recommended increasing 1/2 a size with wonderful feedback. We are very exchange-friendly, so you know you're getting just the right fit, with many of our friends ordering 2 pairs to size and returning one.
For the Saysh One, we recommend hand washing or using the gentle cycle on your washing machine. Always air dry your shoes; never machine dry them.
Because the Saysh Two is made of premium leather and delicate suede, we recommend a regular cleaning routine to keep it looking new and extend its longevity.
Although we do not sell replacement laces (yet!), we have found alternatives that are both affordable and comparable for both Saysh One and Saysh Two designs.
Returns & Exchanges
We have a 30 day return policy. That is, you have 30 days after receiving your item to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please visit our returns portal. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You will be offered the option to either ship the product back, nested into another box, or drop it off at a nearby returns desk in its original packaging - both options are free to you!
We are happy to facilitate an exchange so long as the ill-fitting shoe remains unworn or unused, with tags still attached. You can initiate that exchange on our returns portal.
We strive to ship orders out within a couple hours of receiving them.But we want to help! We would run down the driver en route, just to make it happen, but that's apparently against the law.

International Orders
Right now, we are shipping to the US, UK, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Japan, Singapore and Thailand. Soon, we will expand to more than 30 countries!
Duties, taxes and shipping costs will be included in the final price at check out. Your order will be shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Upon delivery, you will not be required to pay any additional fees.
Saysh offers FEDEX Economy shipping which averages 2-5 days to deliver to all countries we ship to. Delivery times are based on the time from when your package is shipped and should only be used as a guide. Saysh cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance, extreme weather, etc. though we will try to minimize any potential delays on our side.
After your order has been processed and queued for shipping, an email will be sent to you with FedEx tracking information. Order status and tracking information can also be found on your account page.
At this time, Saysh does not offer free exchanges or returns on international shipments. If your shipment needs special attention, please reach out to our customer care team at help@saysh.com
Unfortunately, we can't change or cancel your order once we've received it, as it is immediately sent to our warehouse for processing. Please make sure you are happy with everything before you confirm your order at the checkout page.
