Email help@saysh.com with your order number as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to catch it before it ships. Once an order has shipped we can't change it, but you can start a return or exchange as soon as it arrives.
I need to change my shipping address
Email help@saysh.com with your order number and the correct address right away. If your order has already shipped, use the tracking link in your shipping email to ask the carrier about redirect options.
My discount code isn't working
Codes may be expired, limited to one use per customer, or exclude certain products. Make sure there are no extra spaces. If it still won't work, email help@saysh.com with a screenshot and we'll take a look.
