Returns and Exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can visit our returns portal. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will be offered the option to either ship the product back, nested into another box, or drop it off at a nearby returns desk in its original packaging - both options are free to you!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like gift cards, final sale goods or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases (nor do we sell these items!). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to initiate the exchange via the returns portal, and select your preferred replacement there, as current inventory permits.
Refunds
Once we've received your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment methods. Refunds will be issued 5-7 days after receipt at our facility.
Product & Fit
I'd like to try on a pair. Where can I find a store?
While Saysh sneakers can be found at select retail partners, you can only find our full collection of products here as we are primarily an online retailer.
If you are not close to one of our retail partners, know that we embrace your need to try them on! We often encourage people on the fence to order the two closest sizes and then return for free the pair they don't prefer.
Do Saysh Sneakers run true to size?
The Saysh One and Saysh Two are a more snug fit. If you've never worn them before, or are between sizes, we recommend sizing up ½ a size.
The Felix Runner fits true to size.
Do Saysh Sneakers come in a wide option?
Saysh is created for the female foot - a narrower heel and standard forefoot. For extra width, we've recommended increasing 1/2 a size with wonderful feedback. We are very exchange-friendly, so you know you're getting just the right fit, with many of our friends ordering 2 pairs to size and returning one.
How do I care for my Saysh sneakers?
For the Saysh One and The Felix Runner, we recommend hand washing or using the gentle cycle on your washing machine. Always air dry your shoes; never machine dry them.
Because the Saysh Two is made of premium leather and delicate suede, we recommend a regular cleaning routine to keep it looking new and extend its longevity.
How do I get replacement laces?
Although we do not sell replacement laces (yet!), we have found suitable alternatives that are both affordable and comparable for the Saysh One, the Saysh Two and The Felix Runner.
International Shipping
What countries does Saysh ship to?
Right now, we are shipping to more than 30 countries, including the US, Australia, Canada, Ireland, Israel, Japan, the Philippines, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, South Korea, Thailand, the UAE and most of the EU. If we don't ship to you yet, please reach out and let us know where you live.
What duties and fees am I responsible for?
Applicable duties, taxes and shipping costs will be included in the final price at check out. Your order will be shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Upon delivery, you will not be required to pay any additional fees
How long will it take to deliver my shoes?
Saysh offers FEDEX Economy shipping which averages 2-5 days to deliver to all countries we ship to. Delivery times are based on the time your package is shipped and should only be used as a guide. Saysh cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payments, though we'll try to minimize any potential delays on our side.
How do I track my order?
After your order has been processed and queued for shipping, an email will be sent to you with FedEx tracking information. Order status and tracking information can also be found on your account page.
Can I return or exchange an item sent outside of North America?
At this time, Saysh does not offer free exchanges or returns on international shipments. If your shipment needs special attention, please reach out to our customer care team at help@saysh.com
Can I change my order or the delivery address once it’s been placed?
Unfortunately, we can't change or cancel your order once we've received it, as it is immediately sent to our warehouse for processing. Please make sure you're happy with everything before you confirm your order at the checkout page.
Orders, Shipping & Tracking
What is the shipping cost and time?
All purchases that ship within the U.S. come with free shipping standard. The transit time varies from 3-5 days, depending on your distance from our warehouse. We also offer expedited shipping options to speed up delivery for an additional cost.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
We know that waiting for something you’re excited about is hard. We are eager to get them to you, so we ship orders daily. When your order has been packed up for shipment, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Do you ship to US territories?
Yes! We ship to all 16 United States territories.
Do you ship to APO, FPO, DPO and/or PO Boxes?
Yes! We are able to ship to all of the above. Know that delivery times to APO, FPO and DPO are not as predictable as we would desire
How do I track my order?

How can I be sure my order was placed?
If you are uncertain whether your order was correctly placed, you can check your email for an order confirmation. Alternately, you can check your account order history on our website to verify your order.
What if I want to cancel or change my order?
We strive to ship orders out within a couple hours of receiving them. But we want to help! We would run down the driver en route, just to make it happen, but that's apparently against the law.
If you just placed the order, please reach out to us at help@saysh.com and we'll try to grab it off the docks before it hits the truck.
If the order has already left our facility, then please use our returns portal to initiate a free return.
How do I update my billing or shipping information for future orders?

What is the status of my order?
